We invite you to share your vision and what makes you as a couple unique. After that, we'll introduce some inspirational photos, and together, we will build your wedding from the ground up. We will guide you through the design process, offering options that keep you involved while ensuring you feel confident every step of the way. On your Wedding Day, leave all the details to us! We will handle all the design aspects, allowing you to spend quality time with your loved ones.
This service includes:
• A complimentary initial consultation
• A cohesive, custom design concept along with an inspiration board
• A site tour of both ceremony and reception venues
• Collaboration on creating a floor plan and detailed timeline
• Sourcing of design elements (rental and purchase lists)
• Setup of personal items and decor
• Tabletop planning and design
• One-on-one collaboration with other decor vendors
• Dessert table styling
• Repurposing of ceremony or cocktail hour items for the reception space

Day of Coordination
You and your fiancé have devoted countless months, if not years, to meticulously planning every aspect of your special day. As the final hours approach, don’t let stress overshadow your joy! With our Coordination package, our dedicated team will step in to manage the last-minute wedding preparations. We will collaborate closely with you in the weeks leading up to the event to ensure that your vision comes to life and that all those cherished details are flawlessly executed.
On your big day, we'll be there to guarantee that everything goes off without a hitch. Don’t burden your family or friends with coordination tasks—allow us to handle all the details so everyone can celebrate the day you’ve worked so hard to create!
This service includes:
• Complimentary initial consultation
• Vendor referrals and recommendations as needed
• Vendor and bridal party worksheets
• Venue tour of both ceremony and reception sites before the wedding
• Creation and oversight of a detailed floor plan including all vendors
• Development and distribution of a comprehensive timeline
• Follow-up phone calls and/or emails to all vendors 1-2 weeks prior to the wedding
• Organization of vendor deliveries and setup
• Attendance at and coordination of the rehearsal (up to 1.5 hours)
• Setup of personal items and decor
• Ensuring setup aligns with contracts and the timeline
